Venice Breeze Suites
At Venice Breeze Suites, our policies have been devised with your comfort in mind.
Venice Breeze Suites is proud of the fact that each of our suites are smoke-free. We kindly ask that you observe this policy so that both you, and our other guests, can enjoy the fresh ocean breezes unfettered by the smell of tobacco smoke. There is a minimum charge of $250 for any guest who does not observe the non smoking policy so that we can deep-clean the room and keep our commitment to fresh air for our next guest. We do, however, permit smoking in the outdoor areas, such as our spectacular ocean view roof deck.
At Venice Breeze Suites, we offer nightly, weekly and monthly rentals. Weekly and monthly rental reservations can be made any time, and the start date is up to you (it does not have to be the first of the month, or a Monday for example). We do not take bookings or reservations of less than seven nights more than one month in advance, but can generally accommodate these requests when they are made within a month of your arrival date. For booking of less than 1 month, we take a two night deposit (+ tax) at the time of your booking. The balance owed is due on your check in day. For monthly bookings, we take a $500 refundable security deposit. Rent is due monthly from your check in day.
Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Early check in can sometimes be accommodated if you contact us 24 hours in advance. If no advance arrangement has been made, you will not be able to access the building before 1pm.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Late check outs must be approved by our on site manager, and a 50% room rate charge may apply.
For bookings of less than 1 month, a 10 day cancellation period applies. If you cancel your booking with less than 10 days notice before your arrival date, you will forfeit your 2 night deposit. As a courtesy to our guests, we make every effort to re-rent the room and return your deposit, but this is often impossible with late notice cancellations.
For monthly bookings, there is a 30 day cancellation period. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date will forfeit their $500 deposit.
There is no additional charge for your children or other additional guests. We can provide you with a rollaway bed if requested in advance. However, for your comfort there is a maximum occupancy of 3 people per studio, and 4 people per one bedroom apartment.
We provide weekly maid service, and two sets of towels per guests. We have a laundry facility on the premises for your convenience, or you can order additional maid service/towels for $30 per visit.
