This is our third winter at Venice Suites. Our son lives in North Hollywood and he thought we'd be much happier during our winter visit if we stayed at the beach. He was definitely right. Our first year we stayed a month. Scott was incredibly helpful and our stay was so good that we immediately booked 2 months the following year. Year 2 was just as good. We experienced the attentive houskeeping staff and Scott's helpfulness as we created a Passover Seder on the roof during the high winds.

We arrived this year, uncertain of our new manager and what changes we would find as we had become comfortable with what we knew. The building looked terrific and the high quality of the maintenance continues to surprise and please us. Randy has met and exceeded our expectations. He is personable, extremely helpful, and meets challenges with a smile and willingness to keep things running smoothly with a daunting array of tenants. He puts your "best face forward" as the owner. We have recommended many of our friends and? family to Venice Suites and they have enjoyed their stays as well. All will be repeat customers.

We asked Randy for your address and he suggested we email you. We will be back again next year, for three months, and perhaps we will meet you (we understand from a later conversation with Randy that you were the helpful gentleman who helped us clean up our wine glass spill on the roof one afternoon).
