Does Venice Breeze Suites offer Internet?

Yes, all guests can enjoy complimentary access to Wi-Fi Internet.

Do you offer on-site dining?

No, but there are several restaurants within walking distance from our property. Stop by our front desk to get local recommendations!

What time is check-in, and what time is check-out?

Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am. Limited luggage storage is available, and you may use our roof deck until your room is ready if you do arrive early.

Do you allow pets?

No. Venice Breeze Suites is not pet-friendly. Presence of an unapproved pet will result in an additional $250 fee. Please note, service animals must be approved at check-in to avoid fee.

Do you have accessible guest room types?

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 3-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the first night's deposit.

Do all the units have kitchens?

At Venice Breeze Suites, we provide full kitchens with modern 2 burner stoves, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots, plates, glassware, and silverware for use throughout your stay.

Is parking included?

Venice Breeze Suites does not offer on-site parking. Our team can refer you to a paid lot or provide you with a map of free residential street parking zones about a 5-minute walk from the property.
